Why we collect it
We use your email to send occasional updates, resources, and announcements from The AI Department. The Voice Worksheet itself is delivered instantly in your browser — you do not need to wait for an email to use it.
Who processes your email
Email addresses are stored and sent through MailerLite, our email service provider (based in the United States). We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request that we delete your email from our list at any time by writing to reed@theaidepartment.com.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. We do save a single flag in your browser's local storage after you subscribe, so we don't show you the signup form again on return visits. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to current subscribers.
